As shown in the bar chart, most teachers believe that there is a lack of time and more than half of the teachers believe that parents’ expectations are some difficulties faced.
- These factors are beyond the teachers’ control, while classroom management skills may improve with practice and experience.

Therefore, equipping teachers with the relevant skills and knowledge may help them to manage their time better by being more efficient and effective. They would also be able to manage their classroom better.
